			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Still felt the soreness that came with the work-out from day 1, damn, this is going to be the toughest 90 days of my life. I&#8217;m only into day 2 and things are just going to get tougher from here on out. So, anyway, for today I threw in some kenpo to give the muscles a breather. *sigh* I was wrong, despite it being a carido exercise, it still felt as though I was carrying a load of bricks on my back. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For those of you unfamiliar with the P90X program, I will try to keep it as simple as humanly possible. What it basically does is confuse the hell out of your body, so that way you don&#8217;t hit that plateau. Now, we get down to how I fared on my first day.</p>
<p>Monday, October 26/2009- 0900 HRS</p>
<p>I tell ya, this stuff is intense. Truly not for the faint of heart. I came into this in OK shape, yet, by the time I completed the whole deal Ab Ripper included, my body was screaming in pain. This is day 1 on the P90X and I&#8217;m already feeling it. Tomorrow we throw in some cardio, I&#8217;m feeling like doing some Kenpo. </p>
<p>Any input from folks who are currently on the program are greatly appreciated, and to those who are considering it, your input are always welcome. Day 1 photo to be posted soon, and remember to keep pushing the pace folks.</p>
